Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and delivery of cloud-native, high-performance microservices and data pipelines.
  • •Build and support solutions using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and real-time streaming tools, integrating data stores and processing frameworks.
  • •Drive GCP-based engineering with services including Dataflow, BigQuery/ClickHouse, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage/GCS, and orchestration (Composer, Airflow).
  • •Own live production applications, modernize legacy stacks, define transformation roadmaps, and migrate applications to cloud-native architectures.
  • •Monitor and optimize performance and ensure data quality, integrity, and security; coach and mentor engineers across levels.

Key Requirements

  • •18+ years in development engineering with strong experience delivering ETL and data pipelines.
  • •Degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or similar) and relevant industry certifications are a plus.
  • •Strong leadership plus hands-on capability in Java and SQL, with front-end exposure to React and TypeScript.
  • •Experience designing and migrating legacy applications to modern, cloud-native architectures with minimal service disruption.
  • •Working knowledge of Kubernetes deployments (Helm) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, or Stackdriver), plus good cloud/Kubernetes security practices.
