Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide dedicated program security support on assigned classified contracts, including personnel and physical security initiatives for program personnel, spaces, and activities.
  • •Ensure compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, DoDM 5205.07, and applicable customer-specific security requirements as outlined in multiple DD-254s.
  • •Advise the Contractor Program Manager on security-related initiatives by identifying issues that may impact business operations.
  • •Prepare security plans and Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for the movement, transportation, delivery, storage, and operation of classified information and hardware.
  • •Develop and administer a comprehensive security program across multiple disciplines, deliver security education topics to program personnel, and investigate security incidents with recommended mitigations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma and seven years of industrial security-related experience.
  • •Must possess a current U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
  • •Ability to understand and interpret security requirements (including 32 CFR Part 117 and DoDM 5205.07) and apply customer-specific security requirements.
  • •Experience conducting security briefings and debriefings and clearly explaining security processes and procedures.
  • •Experience implementing multiple security disciplines, including personnel, physical, communications, and operations security programs and requirements.
