Key Responsibilities

  • •Be a primary point of contact for consumer banking customers; assist with opening, maintaining, and closing accounts.
  • •Handle checking/savings questions, resolve concerns, and transfer/receive calls as needed.
  • •Process customer transactions and ensure daily cash/coin/check balancing, including verification and record entry.
  • •Explain and cross-sell bank products/services (e.g., money orders, cashier’s checks) and tailor recommendations using customer information.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent plus specialized schooling/on-the-job education and 1-2 years of related banking experience and/or training.
