Job Summary

Lead end-to-end organisational change and training activities across IT-led transformation programmes. You’ll conduct change impact assessments, develop change strategy and action plans, and drive stakeholder engagement and enablement through communications. Own training strategy, curriculum, and delivery across virtual, in-person, and blended formats, supported by tools such as Enable Now and WalkMe (and AI tooling) to improve adoption and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end change activities for complex transformation programmes, including strategy, impact assessment, action planning, and execution against SOW.
•Manage stakeholder engagement and influence through workshops, relationship building, and alignment with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and end users.
•Develop training strategy, curriculum, and training needs analysis; deliver virtual, in-person, and blended training and track learning activities against plan.
•Produce change communications and enablement content to support adoption and sustained change.
•Define and track KPIs, manage risks/issues, report progress, and drive continuous improvement via feedback and post-implementation reviews.

Key Requirements

•Ideally PROSCI or Advanced APMG Change Practitioner.
•Proven experience in organisational change management, ideally within large-scale transformation programmes.
•Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
•Experience applying structured change methodologies and adapting them to different organisational contexts.
•Experience working with AI tools for the OCM and training workstreams.
