Assist in driving sales for Connect Marketplace Hong Kong by supporting the sales team, nurturing client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to execute revenue-generating strategies across booths, digital sales, and sponsorships in the events and exhibitions sector.

Key Responsibilities

•Revenue generation through booth sales, digital sales, sponsorship/advertisement, and fully integrated packages for both new and existing customers across products and revenue streams.
•Generation of new business leads through outreach to prospective clients, participation in industry trade shows, and market research.
•Development of brand- and industry-specific information to boost and improve the performance of new business sales.
•Lead on the onsite rebooking and customer retention plan throughout the year.
•Liaise with the event and sales operations team regarding available spots on the floor plan.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
•6 years of sales or business development experience.
•Digital-savvy, open-minded with strong resilience.
•Experience managing relationships with international customers across regions and cultures.
•Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
