Lead Mac Tools distributor performance across West NY by working with distributors to increase route averages, recruit new distributors, and drive achievement of the annual operating plan. Run Field Excellence Meetings and conduct distributor work-withs through regular truck ride-alongs, coaching, and training. Attract and retain distributors, manage regional credits/adjustments, perform route surveys for new starts, and participate in Student Tech shows.

•Achieve the annual operating plan by working with distributors to increase route averages and recruiting new distributors into the territory.
•Conduct Field Excellence Meetings (FEMs) every 60 days and monthly with the entire district.
•Perform work-withs (truck ride-alongs) 3-4 days per week to provide coaching and support to distributors.
•Attract and retain distributors into the Mac Tools business and conduct new franchisee training (including 2-week ride-alongs for new distributors).
•Manage regional credits/adjustments and perform route surveys for all new starts and as requested by the Regional Manager.

Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: USD 84,000 - 135,200 annually

Key Requirements

•BA in business or related field.
•Prior experience in the mobile tool sales industry and knowledge of the local automotive repair market.

•Prior experience as a small business owner or coaching and mentoring small business owners.
•Minimum 5 years of route/field sales experience and 2 years of management experience directing multiple field/route sales professionals.
