Partner with branch teammates to attract new clients and deepen relationships with existing customers by uncovering needs and recommending tailored financial wellness solutions. Handle in-person and proactive phone conversations, manage internal and external referral sources, and meet individual sales and activity goals. Open consumer and small business accounts, support teller-line transactions as needed, and ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.
