Key Requirements

  • •4+ years’ experience as a first-line manager to a software sales team, with ability to grow and scale upward.
  • •Minimum 5 years of direct quota-carrying enterprise software or SaaS sales experience selling into large enterprise or Public Sector accounts.
  • •Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience selling software, cybersecurity, observability, data analytics, or cloud solutions to the U.S. Federal Government/DoD (e.g., U.S. Army, Navy, USAF).
  • •Experience managing cross-functional field execution aligning AEs, SEs, and channel partner ecosystems.
  • •Possession of an active U.S. Government security clearance (Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI) or eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain clearance.
