Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert guidance to systems engineers on how airforce units use EW mission data in real-world scenarios.
  • •Support mission support system project development across concept definition, requirements validation, and system test & qualification in an agile approach.
  • •Translate complex defence EW operational needs into clear technical requirements for engineering teams.
  • •Define, document, and validate end-to-end operational use cases and design integration concepts, interfaces, and workflows for ground support systems.
  • •Generate representative EW mission data libraries for aircraft development phases, HIL testing, and flight test; support customer meetings and technical reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Operational defence EW background with multiple years of active-duty or civilian experience in a National Electronic Warfare Center.
  • •Hands-on EW mission data experience, including mission data programming, emitter customization, or generating threat libraries.
  • •Deep understanding of the operational lifecycle of EW systems, including mission data preparation, verification/validation, and post-flight analysis.
  • •Business-fluent German and English (German/English advantage) and strong communication skills.
