  • •Own the design system end to end, including components, documentation, governance, and the roadmap

  • •Demonstrated ownership of a system beyond components, including documentation, contribution and governance models, adoption, and versioning
  • •Fluency in how components get built and comfort collaborating with engineers on component APIs, tokens, and implementation tradeoffs
