Job Summary

Lead cross-functional programs to maximize business value from technology investments, aligning opportunities and outcomes with enterprise goals. •Lead end-to-end program management for value realization initiatives across multiple technology platforms and strategic areas.
•Collaborate with Portfolio to track KPIs to measure success, assess performance against those measures and support course corrections with stakeholders.
•Coordinate with Portfolio, Value Realization, Architecture, UX and R&D Execution leadership to align value drivers and execution plans.
•Work with Customer Success and Lighthouse teams to ensure delivered capabilities provide measurable value to customers.
•Develop and maintain initiative delivery plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and manage cross-functional dependencies.

•7+ years of experience with commercial software product development, including at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
