Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end program management for value realization initiatives across multiple technology platforms and strategic areas.
  • •Collaborate with Portfolio to track KPIs to measure success, assess performance against those measures and support course corrections with stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate with Portfolio, Value Realization, Architecture, UX and R&D Execution leadership to align value drivers and execution plans.
  • •Work with Customer Success and Lighthouse teams to ensure delivered capabilities provide measurable value to customers.
  • •Develop and maintain initiative delivery plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and manage cross-functional dependencies.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience with commercial software product development, including at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
