Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement processes for supplier performance and supplier segmentation to support category strategy and goals.
  • •Analyze sourcing patterns and provide validated recommendations for managed categories.
  • •Identify and evaluate category savings/revenue levers and drive scorecard metric targets using should-cost models.
  • •Lead or participate in negotiations for contract extensions, renewals, pricing renegotiations, and bundled RFQ sourcing events.
  • •Collaborate with internal partners to develop and validate category strategies, contract strategies, and contracted terms and conditions for suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of background in category management and strategic sourcing (2–5 years preferred).
  • •A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in category management and strategic sourcing, including strong budgeting and cost analysis.
  • •Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • •Advanced understanding of material cost structure and analysis, including leveraging AI technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
