Key Responsibilities

•Determine required documentation for commercial loan transactions and coordinate loan closings and associated due diligence.
•Audit existing loan files and identify improvements to procedures and operational controls.
•Collaborate with relationship banking staff, legal departments, and external counsel to ensure proper documentation of loan terms and conditions.
•Assist in training new team members and serve as a resource for complex transactions.
•Support process improvements and ensure compliance with corporate credit policy and regulatory standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 52,800 - 79,200 annually
