Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated FM services across assigned sites to keep service quality, compliance, and client satisfaction consistent.
  • •Oversee planned preventive and reactive maintenance programmes through the CAFM system to improve asset reliability and lifecycle.
  • •Drive contract performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs, providing regular performance reports and improvement plans to the client.
  • •Lead, develop, and manage in-house teams and subcontractors to ensure the right people and skills are on site.
  • •Manage operating budgets and cost control, enforcing HSE standards across all site operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or facilities management related field.
  • •At least 7 years of facilities management experience, including at least 3 years as a manager on IFM contracts.
  • •Experience in hospitality, large mixed-use, or giga-projects.
  • •Professional FM certification (IFMA FMP/CFM or IWFM) is preferred.
  • •Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
