Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead IAM strategy, architecture, delivery, and operations for enterprise IAM platforms and services, including identity governance and access lifecycle management.
  • •Modernize IAM controls and processes using agentic AI, driving initiatives such as Zero Trust, adaptive access controls, and cloud identity services.
  • •Oversee design, implementation, and support of IAM platforms including IGA, Directory Services (Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP), and API/agentic identity management.
  • •Partner with cybersecurity teams to implement identity controls, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal security policies, and lead remediation for identity-related audit findings and security risks.
  • •Drive automation and Infrastructure-as-Code practices and support incident response and investigations for authentication or access control issues.

Salary: USD 144,250 - 256,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Cybersecurity, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • •3+ years of people leadership experience managing technical teams.
  • •Deep understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, federation, identity governance, and privileged access management.
  • •Strong understanding of cloud security and identity services across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including Active Directory, RACF, and application authorization structures.
