Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and optimize paid acquisition channels (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, META, Reddit) to maximize ROI.
•Build and maintain a state-of-the-art tech stack leveraging AI and automation to boost output.
•Manage budgets and media planning with a clear performance focus and ROI responsibility.
•Steer a first-class Creative Strategy to address pain points of KMU retail customers and drive ERP software demand.
•Set up and maintain accurate tracking (including server-side tracking and attribution) and ensure high data quality; work with HubSpot reports to optimize Cost-per-SQL and pipeline contribution.
