Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, repair, and/or replace machinery parts based on PM findings and during breakdowns to keep the feed mill running at maximum capacity.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance and repair/install feed mill related equipment as necessary.
  • •Detect potential mechanical and electrical problems and complete required written records for work performed, corrective actions, and replacement parts.
  • •Interpret drawings and equipment manuals to properly adjust, maintain, and develop preventative maintenance programs.
  • •Work in compliance with company policies and applicable laws, and be available for overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience (minimum).
  • •Must demonstrate maintenance skills across single/3-phase motors and electrical troubleshooting.
  • •Ability to perform industrial plumbing maintenance (fittings, gauges, pumps, flows, valves) and power transmission maintenance (chains, sprockets, bearings, couplings).
  • •Technical school preferred; able to work safely and maintain required written records.
