Key Responsibilities

  • •Support end-to-end investment lifecycle processing, including trade capture, reconciliation, and settlement.
  • •Maintain and resolve cash and position reconciliation exceptions daily, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across portfolios.
  • •Provide fund accounting support for monthly and quarterly financial close processes, helping ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
  • •Partner with offshore operational support teams to adhere to process controls and SLAs.
  • •Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support SMA/client reporting through KCS.

Salary: USD 70,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (preferred concentration).
  • •1-3 years of experience in Investment Operations or a related function in asset management, fund administration, or investment banking (internship experience counts).
  • •Exposure to investment lifecycle concepts such as cash management, corporate actions, loan processing, or credit activity processing (drawdowns, paydowns, rollovers).
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • •Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with VBA, Visio, or data visualization tools is a plus.
