Key Responsibilities

  • •Help agents learn from their work by reviewing merged pull requests and updating repository-specific instructions.
  • •Train, fine-tune, and deploy LLM and ML models; run experiments and compare results to the existing pipeline to assess production readiness.
  • •Build agents with end-to-end ownership, including supporting the self-healing pipeline and communicating with customers.
  • •Create evaluations, tests, and review tools to define correct outputs and catch poor results before they reach customers.
  • •Own projects through delivery: scope problems, build solutions, debug regressions, and ensure shipped work is reliable.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently studying at the University of Oxford or the University of Cambridge.
  • •Have a silver medal or higher at the IMO or IOI, or an equivalent achievement in another highly competitive endeavour.
  • •Strong programming ability.
  • •Evidence of something you’ve built beyond coursework or tutorials (e.g., a model, agent, tool, or application) that does useful work.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI tooling such as LLM APIs, agent frameworks, model fine-tuning, or automated workflows.
