Key Responsibilities

•Architect, lead and manage client engagements across multiple workstreams.
•Build client relationships and manage interactions throughout the engagement lifecycle to secure buy-in and alignment.
•Flag key delivery decisions, considerations and risks related to technical scope, client satisfaction, and commercial constraints.
•Tailor existing analytical frameworks for client-specific needs and, with leadership, design new analytic approaches.
•Coach and mentor junior staff while contributing to business development and proposal activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•At least 5 years of management consulting or corporate strategy experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
•Preferred: MBA or Master’s degree in related fields.
•Fluency with Microsoft Excel.
•Strong technical skills including ArcGIS, R or Python and Excel.
