Senior Systems Engineer

Own reactor product quality across design, build, and operation by translating customer and safety requirements into validated processes. Lead design review documentation, compliance with ASME and applicable codes, and reliability analyses including risk assessments, failure mode identification, and root-cause corrective actions. Partner with cross-functional teams across quality, mission engineering, mechanical design, and manufacturing to establish scalable, robust design processes from concept through production.
