Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with private clients by assessing financial needs, gathering and documenting information, and delivering plan-based financial advice. Meet activity and sales goals by prospecting and maintaining referral pipelines through internal and external centers of influence. Open and service personal and small business accounts, recommend investment and insurance solutions, and partner with branch and line-of-business teams. Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver a strong client experience by actively engaging with clients, identifying financial wellness opportunities, and recommending solutions through investment and insurance referrals.
•Meet individual activity and outcome goals by prospecting, documenting calling efforts, and building a client referral pipeline through centers of influence.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and competitive offerings to lead meaningful financial wellness conversations.
•Open and service accounts for consumers and small businesses, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, and support branch operations as needed (including Teller-line assistance and scheduled in-person huddles).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and influence business partners through centers of influence (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) (required).
