Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the sales process by working with account leaders, internal engineering, and business units to enable new customer solutions based on AMD x86 technology.
  • •Lead technical discussions and resolve technical issues for platforms based on AMD embedded products from design to mass production with activities including on-site meetings, HW platform development and debug, performance benchmarking, and design optimization.
  • •Provide technical guidance or recommendations for platform performance improvement (HW and SW) and conduct presentations of AMD roadmaps or technology for internal and external audiences.
  • •Deliver technical training for customers or AMD sales team and assist with regional conferences or events.
  • •Travel within the region to meet with customers and support opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate or advanced degree in a technical subject area (e.g. Engineering or Computer Science) or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • •Travel of 25% is possible
  • •On-site meetings with customers
  • •HW Platform development and debug assistance
  • •Performance and benchmarking analysis in support of customer opportunities
