Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance, planting, irrigation, and horticultural activities to meet scopes of work, SLAs, and quality standards.
  • •Monitor irrigation system installation, maintenance, and performance to ensure efficient water management and timely defect rectification.
  • •Oversee horticultural planting and cultivation, including trees, shrubs, ground cover, seasonal plants, fruit trees, vertical farming, hydroponics, and aquaponics.
  • •Conduct regular inspections of landscaped areas for plant health, irrigation efficiency, cleanliness, and overall asset condition; track corrective actions and closure.
  • •Coordinate with contractors and service providers, prepare performance reports and recommendations, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management.
  • •3–5 years’ experience in landscape operations.
  • •Strong supervisory and leadership skills with proven experience as a Landscape Supervisor (or similar).
  • •Strong knowledge of gardening practices, plant care, and landscape maintenance.
  • •Good understanding of irrigation systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance, plus experience with fruit cultivation and horticulture (including hydroponics/aquaponics and vertical farming/CEA).
