Machine Learning Engineer (User Growth & Intelligent Marketing) - Global e-Commerce

Build and optimize TikTok e-commerce recommendation and intelligent marketing algorithms. You’ll develop user value and lifecycle data systems for TikTok Mall user growth, implement user growth engines such as personalized push notifications and recommendation handling, and improve recall/sorting to enhance new-user relevance, accuracy, and diversity. You’ll also optimize uplift and operations research-based intelligent marketing models to drive DAU, penetration, and e-commerce GMV growth.
