Job Summary

Own insurance sales for Premier clients by partnering with Premier Relationship Managers and branch/service colleagues. Identify protection gaps using needs-based discovery, recommend suitable insurance solutions, and help deliver simplified insurance journeys that improve conversion and client experience. Drive insurance outcomes, conduct protection/portfolio reviews, support adoption of tools and process improvements, coach teams on product knowledge, and ensure suitability and regulatory compliance across sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Support PRMs and aligned channels to convert identified protection needs into appropriate insurance solutions.
•Identify protection gaps using a needs-based approach and recommend suitable insurance solutions to fulfill clients’ protection needs.
•Enable simplified insurance journeys to improve conversion and client experience, including adoption of tools and process improvements.
•Conduct protection/portfolio reviews with PRMs as appropriate, assessing suitability while managing risks and opportunities.
•Ensure sales recommendations and activities meet suitability requirements and comply with IWPB policy standards and local regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

•IRDAI Certification (mandatory as applicable to the market and role requirements).
•3–5 years’ experience in a similar role or in insurance selling (protection-focused), preferably within banking/wealth or a comparable distribution model.
•Attain and maintain additional professional or internal standards required for the role.
•Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
•Complete and maintain required licensing / T&C standards.
