Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead resolution of complex Employee Relations (ER) cases across Asia Pacific countries, covering performance management, grievances, redundancies, absences, disciplinary matters, and restructures.
  • •Provide strategic guidance and counsel to business leaders on disciplinary actions, policy interpretation, and employment practices aligned to regional standards.
  • •Ensure comprehensive documentation of ER cases, including investigation summaries, analysis, and supporting materials.
  • •Design and deliver targeted training programs to strengthen HR Business Partners and leaders’ ER decision-making.
  • •Partner with HR Business Partners and legal/investigations teams to assess risk, conduct investigations, and recommend balanced resolutions; analyze ER trends to drive proactive corrective action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Design, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing complex employee relations cases with strong APAC employment law/regulatory understanding.
  • •Proven expertise interpreting and applying legal rulings related to disciplinary actions, warnings, and corrective measures.
  • •Demonstrated success collaborating with diverse stakeholders and serving as a trusted partner in employee relations matters.
  • •Comfort navigating a fast-paced, multifaceted environment while maintaining sound judgment.
