Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee system integration and manage hardware/software installation, configuration, and disposition for servers, storage, and workstations.
  • •Provide complex problem resolution, root cause analysis, and technical support for delivery systems.
  • •Participate in design, validation, and configuration management of computing delivery systems.
  • •Administer user access and implement safeguards aligned to security policies and RMF requirements.
  • •Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability, reliability, backup, and disaster recovery, and plan/coordinate system changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry (or non-US equivalent related qualifications).
  • •Possess an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (or completed a Tier 5/SSBI within the past 5 years, or agreed to enter Continuous Vetting).
  • •Experience working with Linux and/or Solaris, including installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and administering support for servers and workstations.
  • •Administer user system access and establish safeguards in accordance with security policies.
  • •Experience with system performance monitoring, capacity planning, and backup/disaster recovery planning.
