Job Summary

Success Architects in Sales Cloud provide reactive and proactive technical guidance, architect foundational designs, and enable customers to maximize adoption of Salesforce capabilities. You’ll act as a technical generalist, deliver Guide sessions, perform health checks, triage issues, and collaborate with Support Engineers and Architects to ensure long-term customer health and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with a portfolio of customers, assessing their implementations and delivering recommendations on technical issues, feature adoption, and foundational solution design (basic Architect)
•Provide reactive and proactive guidance on product best practices as a trusted technical generalist
•Simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, including technical teams and customer stakeholders
•Triage capability gaps and design inefficiencies, resolving common issues and escalating complex architectural challenges
•Leverage playbooks from Support, Guides, and Architect teams to meet customer needs and drive customer success

Key Requirements

•3-5+ years of hands-on technical experience (e.g., Senior Support Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Senior Salesforce Admin)
•Strong working knowledge of Salesforce products, platform capabilities, technical governance and best practices
•Experience participating in complex implementations and understanding integration principles
•Strong knowledge of enterprise application integration including AI, analytics and security best practices
•Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
