Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain project cost control data structures to track and control actual costs.
  • •Set project control budgets aligned with agreed baselines and track internal/external expenditures against the structures.
  • •Track and control accruals and commitments against budget constraints.
  • •Build project forecasts including estimated work to complete (ETC) and estimates at complete (EAC).
  • •Provide accurate, timely reporting of project information including Earned Value Management and monitor contingency, risk exposure, and change control alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •A qualified graduate in a relevant discipline with proven experience delivering project controls services on major projects or programmes.
  • •Experience delivering cost engineering across major projects, ideally across multiple sectors, throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • •Ability to work to cost engineering procedures/processes and define project cost procedures and standards.
  • •Highly conversant with cost management systems including Prism and Ecosys, and able to interface with corporate finance systems such as SAP and Oracle.
  • •CIMA qualification is welcomed.
