Job Summary

Design, implement, and govern enterprise Identity & Access Management capabilities, with a heavy focus on the Ping Identity platform suite. Own access review and identity governance programs, build RBAC/ABAC access controls, and administer PingOne, PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingID. Support application integrations using OAuth, OIDC, and SAML, troubleshoot MFA/authentication issues, and produce audit-ready compliance reporting for regulations like SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and execute routine user access reviews, identity audits, and lifecycle management workflows.
•Create and configure RBAC/ABAC and policy-based access controls using PingAccess and PingFederate.
•Administer the Ping Identity platform (PingOne, PingFederate, PingAccess, PingID).
•Support onboarding and integration of enterprise applications with PingOne using OAuth, OIDC, and SAML.
•Troubleshoot access-related issues, MFA failures, and authentication flows while maintaining knowledge bases and SOPs; generate audit-ready compliance reports for SOX, HIPAA, or GDPR.

Key Requirements

•15+ years deploying and administering Ping Identity Suite (PingFederate, PingAccess, PingOne, PingID).
•Strong understanding of federated identity and SSO with OAuth, OIDC, SAML 2.0, and LDAP.
•Experience driving access certification campaigns and managing identity governance, including segregating duties (SoD).
•Ability to create and configure RBAC/ABAC and policy-based access controls using PingAccess and PingFederate.
•Strong analytical problem-solving, with effective communication and cross-functional collaboration with IT and auditing teams.
