Automate tasks with PowerShell and IaC (ARM/Bicep/Terraform) while handling incidents, RCA, and client escalations.

•Deploy, configure, and monitor Azure IaaS/PaaS workloads.

•Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and monitoring solutions (e.g., Azure Backup and Azure Monitor).
•Handle technical incident/problem management and perform RCA, including escalation on-call support.
