•Lead competitive analysis to inform broader business strategy.
•Execute end-to-end M&A and investment leadership, including defining business needs, mapping landscapes, engaging prospects, and building business cases.
•Partner on due diligence and ensure post-deal integration with Finance, Legal, Tax, and People.
