Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support spare part cost reduction/improvement activities with cross-functional groups across manufacturing areas/sites, procurement, and operations central teams.
  • •Provide technical consulting and hands-on support to create and/or identify best solutions, troubleshoot existing solutions, and deploy new solutions.
  • •Monitor and communicate progress with partners.
  • •Discuss and collaborate with global/other sites and domestic/international suppliers.
  • •Work with the Global Bench team and local suppliers to expand in-house/domestic repairs and identify and implement best solutions and advanced technologies to grow CCRR.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
  • •Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
  • •English communication skills and willingness to learn English.
  • •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • •Experience as a CVD equipment engineer or process engineer.
