Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Electrical and I&C discipline CAD lead for projects of all sizes.
  • •Oversee the design and preparation of electrical and I&C deliverables with constructability, safety, and project constraints in mind.
  • •Perform complex CAD tasks and coordinate production of drawings while collaborating to create integrated digital project content and resolve interface issues.
  • •Lead modeling using diverse data sources (laser scans, vendor files, LiDAR surfaces, survey points) and manage survey/client data across the project lifecycle.
  • •Prepare bills of materials and quantity takeoffs; contribute to proposal development and create/update group standards, including peer work checks and meeting presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 6 years of relevant power or industrial experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •5+ years of experience as a discipline CAD lead.
  • •Proven ability to create electrical design deliverables for power generation or industrial facilities.
  • •Experience using and integrating data sets (e.g., laser scans, LiDAR) into 3D models with proficiency in coordinate systems and data transformation.
  • •Experience with Common Data Environments (e.g., ProjectWise, BIM 360, ACC) and CAD tools such as AutoCAD Electrical or related platforms.
