Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and consistency of sales, revenue, and financial datasets for planning, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • •Develop advanced analytical models for revenue performance across bookings, recurring revenue, renewals, retention, expansion/contraction, and product/customer trends.
  • •Build predictive and diagnostic models for revenue forecasting, customer retention analysis, pipeline conversion insights, and revenue-at-risk identification.
  • •Partner with Finance and business-planning teams to reconcile operational revenue measures with financial results and align definitions and reporting.
  • •Design data-validation rules, dashboards, anomaly-detection models, and automated controls to ensure accounting-grade data integrity and maintain audit-ready workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, sales operations, revenue operations, or related fields.
  • •Experience leading data-validation frameworks and building business-ready datasets, analytical models, and scalable solutions for planning and executive decision-making.
  • •Strong understanding of revenue and financial concepts (e.g., bookings, recurring revenue, revenue recognition, retention/expansion/contraction, forecast variance).
  • •Advanced proficiency in SQL plus Python or R, with experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, and automation.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (data science, statistics, computer science, economics, finance, mathematics, engineering, or related); master’s preferred.
