Job Function: Business Development & Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full partnership lifecycle from first conversation to signed contract and live integration, working with data suppliers and API consumers.
•Define and execute ecosystem strategy across verticals, geographies, and partner types to maximize downstream value and platform adoption.
•Negotiate data rights, consent frameworks, downstream access controls, AI use case permissions, exclusivity terms, and SLAs while ensuring privacy compliance.
•Represent Terra in boardrooms, conferences, and partner offsites to build credibility with health industry leaders and billion-dollar partners.
•Develop playbooks and tooling to scale the partnerships function, possibly building a team over time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience closing multi-stakeholder enterprise partnerships in health, wearables, or health data ecosystems.
•Strong ability to negotiate data rights, consent frameworks, and data-related SLAs across GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA.
•Track record of defining ecosystem strategies and executing complex deals with product, legal, privacy, and commercial teams.
•Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate without heavy process; build and scale partnerships from first convo to live integration.
•Proven credibility in executive-facing discussions with CCOs or CROs and familiarity with API-first platforms.
