Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and complete RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for Institutional and Wholesale clients and consultants globally across multiple asset classes and strategies.
  • •Deliver high-quality, client-ready responses that articulate HSBC Asset Management’s investment philosophy, capabilities, and competitive advantages.
  • •Partner with internal stakeholders and SMEs to gather, validate, and shape accurate content and data.
  • •Collaborate cross-border with RFP colleagues to deliver regional and global submissions, including shared DDQs and client documents.
  • •Manage deadlines and stakeholder expectations through clear communication, progress updates, and proactive issue escalation while improving RFP processes and content quality.

Key Requirements

  • •3–6 years’ post-graduation experience in a relevant role such as RFP/RFI/DDQ writing, client reporting, product specialist support, or institutional proposals.
  • •Hands-on experience delivering RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, including applicable regulatory/compliance requirements and end-to-end delivery processes.
  • •A solid understanding of investment products, asset classes, markets, and institutional/wholesale client expectations.
  • •Working knowledge of performance and reporting systems, third-party databases, and institutional standards such as GIPS.
  • •Strong written and spoken English communication with investment writing and stakeholder management skills.
