Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in the inspection center to achieve production targets.
  • •Manage safe movement of cars into and out of the inspection center for repairs while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee daily operations, identify team strengths/weaknesses, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory and train associates on quality control standards.
  • •Prevent and resolve conflicts, ensure adherence to systems/policies/procedures/performance standards, and coordinate repair vs. reject decisions with the general manager.
