Construction Project Manager

Own the owners-representative process from site selection through closeout—source development sites, run due diligence, lead entitlements and permitting, and coordinate design and construction. Manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, and contractor pay applications, while overseeing GC procurement, timelines, and compliance. Select and manage architects, engineers, and consultants, use tools like Bluebeam/Procore, and deliver reports to stakeholders through punch list, warranty, and final documentation.
