Lead Samsung Electronics America’s Total Rewards strategy by partnering with senior HR leadership to align compensation, benefits, incentive programs, performance enablement, and culture with business goals. Oversee regional and local benefits administration and executive compensation proposals, using internal data and external competitive insights to drive retention and engagement. Manage incentive and performance cycles, govern compliance with regulations and market trends, and select and oversee benefits vendors.
