Job Summary

Build agentic lead-qualification workflows inside an MCP-native product, working closely with founders. You’ll land accounts, listen to how teams actually operate, ship specific skills/widgets/connectors powered by Leadbay AI, and help sales teams open Leadbay before their CRM. Expect rapid iteration and learning across small and large customer engagements, using your own MCP as a living example of an efficient sales rep.

Key Responsibilities

•Land small accounts and help them build what couldn’t be done before in guided calls.
•Land large accounts over days, understand their growth strategy, and build the workflow with them.
•Build everything needed inside the MCP product and the MCP acquisition funnel.
•Use your own MCP as an example of an efficient sales rep and demonstrate practical workflows.
•Progress through the first 30/60/90 days by meeting self-serve users, building a knowledge library, and developing your skillset for larger customers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 1,500 - 2,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Technically capable and socially skilled, able to switch between customer conversations and building (e.g., coding) without faking either.
•Ability to build and ship something you’re proud of (send a repo/tool/automation/side project with real users).
•Comfort shipping hacky solutions that work quickly rather than perfectly clean work on a longer timeline.
•Strong judgment and independence: say “I don’t know, let me go find out” in front of customers and make progress without constant validation.
•Willingness to spend evenings building AI skills, vibe-coding side projects, testing new tools, and figuring things out.
