Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the design, development, and continuous enhancement of global rewards concepts and policies.
  • •Implement global rewards concepts, policies, and frameworks across the region while aligning with local market conditions and regulatory requirements.
  • •Drive job architecture and job evaluation activities to ensure consistent job grading, organizational design, and governance across the region.
  • •Manage market benchmarking and compensation analytics, including salary surveys, market trend analysis, and pay positioning recommendations.
  • •Plan and run the annual compensation review and merit process, including compensation planning, budgeting, modeling, guidance, and rewards governance compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in HR Rewards in a global corporate function.
  • •Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities with a strong business mindset.
  • •Proven experience managing complex projects and global stakeholders.
  • •Confident communicator with strong presentation skills at senior management level.
