Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own vehicle bringup end-to-end across simulation, bench, and on-vehicle waypoint autonomy with a safety driver.
  • •Build and extend automated test suites (navigation, sensor coverage, integrator) that auto-generate issues on failure.
  • •Identify reusable patterns from one-off client/integrator requests and make solutions available for future vehicles.
  • •Support integrators and customers on-site and remotely by validating sensor placement, debugging via logs/ROS bags, and documenting coverage maps.
  • •Contribute to ROS2 architecture improvements where they remove recurring manual steps and communicate directly with clients on feasibility and proposals.

Salary: USD 112,500 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong in one or more of C++, Python, ROS/ROS2, systems architecture, or test automation frameworks.
  • •Prior hands-on experience with robots or autonomous systems (not simulation-only).
  • •Experience automating or systematizing a manual or repetitive process in any language.
  • •Strong remote debugging skills using logs, ROS bags, and remote sessions.
  • •Ability to communicate directly with clients and integrators and translate customer intent into engineering criteria.
