Job Summary

Own product planning and requirements gathering for TikTok Shop’s Open API Platform and app ecosystem for 1P/3P partners. Key Responsibilities

•Design and plan international e-commerce open-platform features and architecture, including Open APIs and open platform products.
•Drive GTM strategy and execution for open platform products to achieve key product metrics.
•Design e-commerce system integration solutions and API interfaces for high-quality partner integrations.
•Collect users’ requirements and translate them into partner product design and effective product solutions.
•Understand merchant needs deeply and design end-to-end product solutions across merchants, operations, the platform, and consumers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
•API-related experience with a technical background.
•Strong system design, logical thinking, and data analysis skills, with solid business acumen.
•Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills to drive execution in complex environments.
•Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience using AI tools is a plus.
