Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead the Payment Success Program, establishing performance standards and initiatives to optimize transactional health across fraud, authorizations, and disputes.
  • •Deploy detection technologies and AI-augmented monitoring to neutralize deceptive activities and protect consumer safety and organizational reputation.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to GPN executives by translating complex risk data into strategic insights for governance and decision-making.
  • •Integrate transactional health information into a holistic lifecycle management strategy for network participants.
  • •Recruit, mentor, and grow a team of 15–20 risk and payment professionals to drive operational efficiency and technical mastery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 238,700 - 272,400 annually
