Key Responsibilities

  • •Propose and manage product category budgets across business units, producing timely budget targets with regular review.
  • •Manage intake and OTB allocation to deliver stock requirements, using width and depth guidance to meet customer demand.
  • •Deliver pre-season and in-season category plans, including full price, promotion, and markdown targets to product and channel teams.
  • •Analyse performance and trading patterns to identify opportunities and mitigate risk, recommending actions based on sales reactions and budget gaps.
  • •Provide day-to-day guidance to Merchandise Analysts and support end-to-end KPI visibility for revenue and profitability at category level.
