Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and collaborate with legal and external advisors.

Key Responsibilities

•Support senior bankers advising public company clients on activism and hostile M&A preparedness and response, including shareholder engagement strategies and programs.
•Analyze shareholder bases, ownership trends, investor behavior, governance structures, and voting patterns.
•Assess activist investment theses and evaluate strategic, operational, and financial implications; investigate trading patterns and investor sentiment impact.
•Prepare client presentations, board materials, investor communications, and strategic reviews, including rebuttal decks for proxy fights or contested M&A.
•Manage multiple active client workstreams and coordinate with legal counsel, proxy solicitors, public relations advisors, governance consultants, and other external advisors; mentor and oversee analysts.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field.

•Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
