Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow HSE, OSHA, and PSM rules and execute safety-focused operations, including MOCs and PSSRs.
  • •Ensure safe, efficient operation of condensate stabilizing facilities by monitoring and optimizing stabilizers and equipment controls.
  • •Operate stabilizer train equipment (including chemical/transfer pumps, compressors, vapor recovery unit, reboilers, and LACT units) and perform condensate sampling.
  • •Perform shift handovers and maintain accurate documentation including daily production reports, field notes, and end-of-shift entries.
  • •Troubleshoot operational issues, conduct facility walk-throughs, maintain normal operating levels/pressures/flows, and handle minor hands-on equipment repairs.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • •Legally authorized to work in the United States and hold a current/valid driver’s license.
  • •Reside or be willing to relocate within a 40-mile driving radius of Kenedy, TX.
  • •Willing and able to travel 5% of the time yearly, work weekends and be on call, and work a 7/7 schedule.
  • •Able to work in temperature extremes/adverse weather, wear PPE, climb up to 25 feet to gauge tanks, and perform minor repairs with hand tools.
