Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions accurately while uncovering client needs.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking client offers, and identifying opportunities by fulfilling needs or referring to branch teams or specialists.
  • •Assist Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) by helping deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs.
  • •Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to master PC keyboard/software skills for branch automation and demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications (including Microsoft Office).
